Linchpin Solutions Awarded Prime Contract to Provide Academic and Technical Support to the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center (JID-TC)

Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD – October 28, 2025 – Linchpin Solutions, Inc., a leader in tactical data link, engineering, and interoperability training solutions, is proud to announce it has been awarded a major prime contract to deliver full-spectrum academic, curriculum, and operational support services to the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center (JID-TC). This contract represents a significant milestone for Linchpin, underscoring its growing role as a trusted partner in strengthening the training, readiness, and interoperability of Joint and Allied forces around the world.
Under this expansive contract, Linchpin Solutions will provide a complete suite of instructional and technical support capabilities to advance the JID-TC’s mission. The company will deliver academic instruction for 13 different courses supporting Joint and Allied warfighters, both through in-residence programs and Mobile Training Teams, enabling flexible delivery of up to 95 courses per year worldwide. Linchpin will oversee the academic and curriculum maintenance of all courses, executing scheduled updates each quarter and implementing agile course modifications through Courseware Change Requests to ensure material remains responsive to evolving mission needs, operational technologies, and emerging interoperability standards. In addition, the team will provide instructional systems design and courseware development, including the evaluation of existing course materials and the creation of up to two new courses annually that expand JID-TC’s training portfolio and address future mission priorities.
Beyond classroom instruction, Linchpin will deliver robust operations and technical support, maintaining and configuring JID-TC’s IT infrastructure, managing the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), and developing modern knowledge management solutions to improve accessibility and efficiency across the enterprise. The company will also coordinate the full range of logistical and deployment support required for Mobile Training Teams operating across domestic and international locations. To advance the integration of new and emerging link technologies, Linchpin will provide Interoperability and Proponency Support by conducting up to four front-end analyses each year and reviewing course syllabi to incorporate the latest mission-relevant topics, ensuring JID-TC’s curriculum remains at the cutting edge of joint operations training.
“Winning this contract as the prime is a tremendous honor and a major achievement for Linchpin Solutions,” said Edwin “Eddie” Peña, CEO of Linchpin Solutions. “This award reflects the trust our government partners place in our expertise, agility, and commitment to excellence.
