Linchpin Solutions Awarded Contract to Support Marine Corps e-Learning Ecosystem

Tampa, Fl — August 17, 2026 — Linchpin Solutions, Inc., an SBA 8(a)-certified and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing tactical C5ISR solutions and specialized integrated product support to the Department of Defense and other federal customers, announced today that it has been awarded a contract supporting the Marine Corps e-Learning Ecosystem (MCeLE), a core component of the Marine Corps’ enterprise distance-learning environment.
Managed by the College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) under Education Command, MCeLE provides systems and services that enable Marines to access and complete distance learning across the enterprise. Through the contract, which began in June, Linchpin supports MCeLE and other associated training and education systems that help ensure Marines have access to the learning resources they need throughout their careers.
“Education and training are fundamental to readiness, and the technology behind them must be just as reliable and responsive as the Marines who depend on it,” said Edwin Peña, CEO of Linchpin Solutions. “Our responsibility is larger than maintaining systems or resolving support tickets. It is about ensuring Marines can access the knowledge and training they need, when they need it, to develop professionally and remain prepared for the mission. We are proud to support CDET and Education Command in strengthening an enterprise learning environment that reaches Marines wherever they serve.”
Linchpin provides a broad range of integrated services supporting the MCeLE environment, including Tier I and Tier II help desk services, registrar and administrative support, Learning Management System administration, instructional systems design, educational technology integration, software development, and cloud-hosted infrastructure support.
Together, these capabilities support the full lifecycle of the Marine Corps’ distance-learning environment, from the infrastructure and software that power the ecosystem to the instructional design, administration, and end-user support that enable Marines to successfully access and complete training.
Linchpin began performance with a successful transition that maintained uninterrupted support to the customer, achieving 100% incumbent workforce capture, retaining critical institutional knowledge and ensuring continuity across the program while transitioning the workforce to Linchpin with no interruption to customer support.
“Our transition performance is an important reflection of how we approach mission support,” Peña added. “Continuity matters. Preserving institutional knowledge, taking care of the workforce, and maintaining uninterrupted service allowed us to assume responsibility without asking the customer or the Marines to use these systems to absorb the impact of a contract transition. That is the standard we intend to carry forward throughout the program.”
The MCeLE award further strengthens Linchpin’s capabilities in enterprise help desk operations, training and education, instructional systems design, software development, and technology-enabled mission support. It also reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering integrated solutions that connect people, technology, and knowledge to improve readiness across the Department of Defense.
