Jim Ormanoski Selected as a Member of the 2024 I/ITSEC Education Subcommittee
Linchpin Solutions is proud to share that Jim Ormanoski, Director of Curriculum Development & Training, has been selected as a member of the 2024 Interservice / Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) Education Subcommittee.
I/ITSEC is the world's largest modeling, simulation, and training event, bringing together industry leaders, government representatives, and academia to advance the state of the art in training and education. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, the conference plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of simulation and training technologies. Organized by the National Training & Simulation Association (an affiliate subsidiary of the National Defense Industrial Association), I/ITSEC emphasizes themes related to defense and security.
As Director of Curriculum Development and Training, Jim is responsible for the assessment and identification of Linchpin’s training and development needs and for the effective coordination of training and development programs. Upon accepting the position, Jim shared that he is humbled by the opportunity to give back to the national training and simulation community that has sustained him professionally since retiring from the Navy in 2011. Jim said, “I am ready to roll up my sleeves and embrace the challenges ahead of me.”
