We are thrilled to recognize Kailaigh Hutchens as the 2024 recipient of Linchpin Solutions' Barbara Wright Linchpin Award!

This award honors the individual who best exemplifies our core values—Intentional, Professional, Trustworthy, and Better. As a two-time nominee, Kailaigh has consistently demonstrated these qualities, going above and beyond to contribute to Linchpin Solutions' mission and success.

As a Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert, Kailaigh excels in training, curriculum development, technical writing, and program management. Her leadership within the Tactical Data Link (TDL) community and advanced technologies like CJADC2 have earned her respect across the industry.

Kailaigh’s dedication to her growth, proactive team support, and "get it done" mentality inspire all those around her. One colleague shared: “Kailaigh embodies the Linchpin spirit in everything she does—her dedication to excellence sets the standard for us all.”

Kailaigh’s reputation is built on integrity, reliability, and leadership. She is a role model and a shining example of Linchpin Solutions’ values in action.

While Kailaigh couldn't join us in person during our holiday party and ceremony due to her work representing Linchpin Solutions at the 2024 International Data Link Symposium in Portugal, we look forward to presenting her with her trophy soon.
